Table Reference
Dialog LabelConnect is a highly extensible solution that enables developers to build upon the core features to satisfy specific customer or even local market requirements.
Tables
Dialog LabelConnect adds new tables to Business Central when installed, these are listed below with links to the field reference for each table.
| Table ID | Name | Description |
|---|---|---|
| 71506919 | Label Field Mapping | In this area you map the fields on the table record to the variables that you have defined for your labels. |
| 71506916 | Label Print Buffer | nan |
| 71506918 | Label Printer Trigger | Define how FreshFocus communicates to external printers. This will refer to an http call to either Bartender or Nicelabel. Refer the respective API documentation of each bar code print server for more information. |
| 71506920 | Label Table Mapping | nan |
| 71506921 | Label Table Relationship | You define the relationship between parent and child tables. This relationship can be based on any fields that exist in both tables. For example; between a production order line and the item card we can relate the item no. fields of both tables. Multiple fields can be used to define the relationship, but note they are strictly applied; meaning all fields would need to exist in both records for a match to successful. |
| 71506922 | Label Trigger Mapping | You relate label codes to printer triggers for each user at each location. In this way you can control which labels are printed and by whom. |
| 71506923 | Label Variable | You define unique codes that are passed as data variables to the label. The variables are defined in the respective label program, and are embedded in the label specification (eg ZPL). In here you define what those codes are and describes them. It is good practice to specify unique IDs for the fields EG ''F01'' and ensure that across all labels that the same variable always means the same thing. |
| 71506915 | Label | Manage printer label specifications and define the data structure that is part of each label. Relate tables and map fields, then define the variables that form part of the printer labels. |
| 71506917 | Print Label Buffer Vars | nan |
